What is your return / exchange policy?

We're only happy if you're happy. If, for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange

Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns and refunds. They are however eligible for size exchange. In case of further discounted products from the Ready To Ship section, resizing will be possible on a chargeable basisAll products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn / unused products. 

Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. 

In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. Brespl is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller. 


What is the process of returning/exchanging my product?

Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on sales@brespl.com. Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you and make the process as seamless as possible.While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the Brespl box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificateThe refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days.


How will my refund be processed

The refund can be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchase.


What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?

Oh snap! That definitely should not have happened. But don't worry we will arrange for a pick-up and replace the piece with a fresh one within 15 days. Just get in touch with us by dropping us an email on sales@brespl.com. Please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged/incorrect piece and send it to us.


What if my product breaks?

All our products are covered under our 365days Warranty. Quality is extremely important to us, so if your jewellery breaks we would be happy to fix it for you free of charge. To initiate the repair process, please contact us on sales@brespl.com. Please note our warranty does not cover lost stones, improper use or storage or if the product shows any signs of force, and any modification to the product done by a third party outside Brespl. We are happy to replace any lost stones at an additional charge which will be determined on a case to case basis. 


I've ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes of course! We want to ensure your piece is the perfect fit! We are happy to resize your piece free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please contact us on sales@brespl.com to process the exchange.


What are the shipping charges for returns/refunds/repairs/exchanges?

We want to make the return/exchange process as painless as possible for you– including free shipping! We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within the stipulated time frames mentioned above!The shipping to and fro, for any repairs, will be on a chargeable basis.
